We do not guarantee that ideas will be implemented or funded.

3. Expert Reviewer Participation

Participation is voluntary and pro bono
Feedback provided is for educational purposes only
Reviewers are not responsible for implementation outcomes

4. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

Review, moderate, or remove submissions
Limit access if content is inappropriate, unsafe, or violates platform values

5. Intellectual Property

Students retain ownership of their ideas
By submitting ideas, users grant us permission to display them on the platform for educational purposes
Any future development of ideas will require separate permissions and agreements

6. No Commercial Use of Student Work

We will not commercialize student ideas without explicit consent from the student and their parent/guardian.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from participation, including reliance on feedback provided.
